Employment Retention and Closure Service

Retention is a vital component to our Employability Development services, and is the true test to whether or not our system is successful. 

At Opportunity Center, we take the necessary measuares to ensure employment retention with our consumer after they have been placed. 

Once the consumer completes the Job Prepardness and Development phases and is placed into a job, our counselors spend three months working with the consumer in their new job. We assess job performance, attendance, and measure how well they work in the environment. 

If the consumer can integrate successfully, we end the process. However, if the consumer does not integrate successfully, we begin the process over again until we find gainful employment for them.
